2. Your Agent Data
Your AI agent runs on a dedicated cloud computer. This includes your conversations, files, and any data your agent creates. This data is stored on your assigned server and persistent storage volume.
We have technical access to your server for support and maintenance purposes, but we do not routinely access or review your agent's data.
3. API Proxy
AI model requests are routed through our proxy for usage tracking and billing. We log request metadata (timestamps, token counts, model used) but do not store the content of your conversations long-term.
4. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and maintain the service
- To process payments and track usage
- To send service-related emails (e.g., agent ready notifications)
- To respond to support requests
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:
- Stripe — for payment processing
- Cloud infrastructure providers — for hosting and storage
- AI model providers — your prompts are sent to their API
- Email service providers — for transactional emails
6. Data Retention
Your agent data persists as long as your account is active. If you delete your account or stop paying, we may delete your server and associated data after a grace period.
7. Security
We use industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, secure authentication, and isolated cloud environments. However, no system is 100% secure.
8. Your Rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. You can export your agent's data via SSH access to your server.
