Clawman provides hosted AI agent infrastructure. We provision cloud computers that run AI assistants on your behalf. The service includes compute resources, storage, and access to AI models.

3. Account and Credits

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Credits purchased are non-refundable. We reserve the right to suspend accounts with negative balances.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Clawman to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Distribute malware or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems
• Harass, abuse, or harm others

5. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

6. Limitation of Liability

Clawman is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Clawman after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
